Daniel Craig gets so involved with his character when he is making a movie that he has to make a real effort to come back down to earth and be normal.

The British actor reprises his role as suave British spy James Bond in new movie Quantum of Solace.

And Craig admits he tries to keep himself as grounded as possible.

He explains, "As soon as I stop work I just go to be with friends and family and try to be as normal as possible because you tend to get very self-absorbed when you're making a movie.

"It's the right thing to do when you're on a film set but it doesn't apply to real life. You have got to keep yourself grounded - and that is what I try to do."

Don't Move to Hollywood!

Daniel Craig lived not far from where I live (before he bought a new place recently). You could see him in Tescos and the petrol station and just getting a newspaper. People knew who he was and just left him alone. I think Londoners round here were pleased he was just a star who is normal. Don't go to Hollywood, Daniel. Just stay where you know your privacy is respected and people are real and not plastic cut-outs!
